VISION/MISSION/COVENANT
BRIDGE Vision

A powerful interfaith organization of over 100 congregation in the Baltimore region (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties and Baltimore City) that uses faith-based community organizing to train leaders, strengthen congregations, and develop issue campaigns that promote justice and healthy, equitable communities throughout the region.

BRIDGE Mission

Training people of faith to have powerful public lives in order to develop vibrant congregations equipped to bring faith values into our region.  Values such as Relationships, Accountability, Radical Love - speaking bold Truth in Love, Respect, Loyalty, Commitment, Evaluation, Equal Access to Opportunity, Effective Stewardship of our Resources.

BRIDGE Covenant

We are people of faith gathered from Anne Arundel County,
Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County,
Harford County, and Howard County to covenant
one with another to make BRIDGE a powerful
organization that creates change in
a mighty way in this region.

We will hold each other accountable to do God's will
and to build a BRIDGE that crosses the gulf
which divides us by race, class and jurisdiction.
We WILL bring wholeness, prosperity
and justice to our land.

We commit to build a BRIDGE to a new future,
a future of mighty people doing powerful
work in God's holy Name.
